About the Role – Mobile Powered Access Engineer
As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, you will be field-based, responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of powered access equipment at customer sites.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing and repairs of powered access equipment
- Ensuring hire equipment is fit for purpose and operating efficiently
- Completing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
- Carrying out LOLER inspections
- Visiting customer sites to diagnose and repair breakdowns
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Previous experience within powered access, plant, material handling or HGV engineering
- Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
- A passion for delivering excellent service
- Approachable with the ability to work as part of a team
- IPAF and CAP licences (essential)
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer is beneficial
