Client Services Specialist - #2188416

We’re working with an established investment platform, looking for a Client Specialist to join its Bristol team.

This is a client-facing role, supporting financial advisers who use the platform and offering the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the wider team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Resolving adviser support requests by email and phone.
• Helping advisers and their staff become self-sufficient on the platform.
• Handling platform administration, such as unidentified transfers and bank account verifications.
• Building strong relationships with Financial Advisors.
• Turning user feedback into process and platform improvements.
• Supporting platform development, including user requirements and system testing.

About you:

• Has strong knowledge of UK investment platform operations.
• Understands ISAs, pensions and different investment options.
• Has client-facing experience in financial services.
• Is customer-focused, with strong attention to detail.
• Communicates confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Ideally holds CII/IOC qualifications (support available if not).
