A well-established Bristol hotel is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead its reception and reservations team and own the guest journey from booking to departure. The role blends people leadership with room management, rates and service standards.

This would suit a front office professional who is as comfortable on the desk as they are coaching the team behind it.

Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 per year

The Role

• Leading the reception and reservations team.

• Ensuring a smooth guest journey from booking to departure.

• Managing room allocation, rates and occupancy.

• Training the team and setting service standards.

• Resolving complaints and improving guest feedback.

• Front office or reception management experience in a hotel.

• A strong people leader.

• Good knowledge of hotel booking systems.

• Commercial awareness around rates and occupancy.

• Excellent communication and organisation.
