My client is a Legal 100 commercial law firm with a nationally recognised Banking and Finance team, who is looking to recruit an Associate level solicitor to its growing practice.
The team acts for a range of financial institutions as an approved panel firm for a number of regional, retail and leading London-based international banks.

The role:

• Acting for both borrower and lender side transactions
• Providing advice on acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions
• Support corporate MBO and private equity transactions
• Take ownership of transactions from inception to completion

Team culture:

• This is not a hierarchical team. As a mid-level solicitor, you are a part of all the deals and will meet with clients. You lead the drafting from the start (including structuring and quoting) through to the completion of a deal
• If you are ambitious and want to fast track your career - this is the team where it's achievable - they work hard but not at the expense of your work life balance as their expectations are different!

What experience is required:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Experienced in managing transactions and client relationships
