Chef de Partie – European Cuisine

We’re particularly interested in chefs who take pride in their work, have a good understanding of European cooking techniques and can confidently support the smooth day-to-day running of a professional kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie.
• Good knowledge and experience of European cuisine.
• Strong food preparation, cooking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• Reliability, professionalism and flexibility.
