Transport Driver Trainer - #2185600

A typical day may involve:

• Introduction, performing 5 day driver induction for all new starters, assisting with when required performing inductions for other colleagues i.e transport admin
• Manual handling training including that of media
• EPT Training
• DHL Training, uploading all the necessary training documents to DHL training website, performing regular housekeeping duties i.e removing drivers that have left the business
• CPC, organising and booking of drivers CPC periodic training, delivering CPC modules and generating revenue where applicable
• DPRA, responsible for reviewing, creating and amending all DPRA's
• Tacho infringements, reviewing and retraining drivers with regards to drivers hours infringements
• Gatehouse & yard audits, responsible for performing 10% yard/gatehouse exit vehicle and driver checks
• Microlise training and admin, targeting bottom five drivers and performing weekly conversations to action improvement areas.
• Mystery shopper, perform a minimum of 5 per month. Safety conversations.

This role would suit people who:

• Have 2 years C+E driving experience
• Have operational & transport experience
• Have excellent organisational skills
• Can follow work new procedures
• Have good analytical and numerical skills
• Have excellent interpersonal, motivation and planning skills
• Are computer literate
