Principle Fire consultant / FRAEW - #2185042

Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced Principal Fire Consultant to join a growing consultancy, delivering fire safety services to a varied portfolio of clients across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established fire professional looking to take on a senior role, lead projects and provide technical expertise across a range of fire safety services.

• Undertaking Type 1, 2, 3 and 4 Fire Risk Assessments.

• Delivering Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) assessments.

• Providing technical advice and guidance to clients.

• Reviewing and quality-assuring reports and assessments.

• Managing projects and client relationships.

• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

• Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent).

• Strong experience across Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments.

• Proven experience undertaking FRAEW assessments.

• Excellent technical knowledge of fire safety legislation and guidance.

• Strong report-writing and communication skills.

• Experience managing projects and working directly with clients.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Salary up to £80,000 DOE.
