Keeping tenants happy, landlords informed and properties running smoothly takes someone who knows how to stay on top of the details. As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a residential portfolio across Bristol, making sure maintenance issues are resolved, compliance is up to date and everyone gets the support they need.

Based in Clifton, you'll be part of a supportive team where no two days are quite the same. You'll have the freedom to manage your workload, build relationships with landlords and tenants, and develop your career with fully supported ARLA training.

What’s in it for you?
  • £28,000 - £30,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday working with no weekends!
  • ARLA qualifications and other property-related training opportunities, with exam costs covered.
  • Parking permit provided for Clifton Village.
  • Petrol and parking expenses covered during working hours.
  • On-the-job training and support from an experienced team.
Your responsibilities as a Property Manager
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Handle reactive maintenance enquiries, arranging repairs and coordinating contractors to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Keep compliance certificates and documentation up to date, organising renewals when required.
  • Carry out quarterly visits, inspections and property checkouts, identifying any maintenance or compliance concerns.
  • Process contractor invoices and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
  • Respond to enquiries and keep landlords and tenants informed throughout the maintenance and management process.
What we’re looking for in a Property Manager
  • Previous experience in residential property management or lettings would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Good administrative and IT skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing documentation.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence to travel between properties.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. No weekend working.

If you're looking for a Property Manager role where you can take ownership of your workload, enjoy your weekends and develop your skills with professional training, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
