This is a varied role working alongside project, commercial, and construction teams, responsible for ensuring design information is coordinated effectively and supports the successful delivery of projects from early stages through to completion.

The role requires overseeing the design function on allocated projects, working closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure design solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular site visits to review design implementation and resolve issues.

  • Naturally analytical, with the ability to assess issues and find effective solutions.
  • Confident contributing to design development and explaining technical matters clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across project teams and with clients.
