About the role Our Client provides [residential / home] care for older adults and people living with dementia. We need kind, reliable Care Assistants to help our residents live safe, comfortable and dignified lives.

What you will do

Help residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and mobility
Support residents at mealtimes and with hydration
Spend time with residents, encourage activities and offer companionship
Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing
Keep accurate care records
Follow safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures

What you need

A caring, patient and reliable nature
Good communication skills and spoken English
Willingness to work shifts, including some weekends
An enhanced DBS check (we can arrange this)
No experience needed; full training provided

Nice to have

Previous care experience
Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
A full UK driving licence (for home care roles)
