We are recruiting for an established independent Japanese restaurant brand operating across multiple locations in the UK.

I am looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated Chefs de Partie with previous experience in Japanese cuisine to join the growing kitchen teams. Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your allocated kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

• Prepare and cook Japanese and Japanese-inspired dishes in accordance with established recipes and standard operating procedures.

• Manage stock levels, ordering, portion control, and waste reduction.

• Follow HACCP principles and all relevant food safety, hygiene, allergen control, and health and safety procedures.

• Support and guide junior chefs and kitchen porters where required.

• Follow company policies, kitchen procedures, and equipment safety requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a more senior kitchen role is essential.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Japanese cuisine is required.

• Good understanding of preparation planning, service execution, stock control, and closing procedures.

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine.
