About us

InXpress Bristol helps businesses manage UK and international shipping through leading carriers, with a single booking platform and local customer support. We are an independently owned franchise within the global InXpress network.

The role

We are looking for a confident, organised Sales and Marketing Assistant to help us reach new business customers and develop our sales pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling potential customers to introduce our services and understand their shipping needs.
• Following up leads by telephone and email.
• Booking meetings and shipping platform demonstrations.
• Researching suitable businesses and identifying decision-makers.
• Updating our CRM with contacts, conversations and follow-up actions.
• Supporting email campaigns, LinkedIn posts and other marketing activities.

About you

You should be comfortable speaking with new people, communicating clearly and following up consistently. Good organisation, basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience would be helpful. Experience approaching new business customers would be particularly valuable. Logistics experience is welcome but not essential.

This part-time opportunity could suit a university student or someone looking to develop practical sales and marketing experience.
