Sales Support Team Leader - #2178752

A service organisation based in north Bristol is currently recruiting a Sales Support Team Leader to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Lead day to day activity, performance and quality of sales support team
• Lead, allocate and monitor daily tasks of the team
• Review and approve quotations
• Prepare and present accurate reporting including pipeline, quotations and performance
• Support tender submissions and commercial proposals
• Ensure team maintains accurate CRM system
• Identify and implement process improvements within the team
• Coordinate with operational team to clarify scops requirements, missing information and support progression through the sales process

Previous experience of team leadership is essential.  The successful candidate will ideally have come from a facilities background.
