Part-Time Accounts Assistant
Location:Avonmouth Bristol
Pay Rate:£13.50 per hour
Duration:3–4 weeks
Start Date:Immediate start available


We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support our client during a busy period.


The successful candidate will have previous accounts experience and be confident using Sage Line 50.


The role offers flexible working options, with the choice of working full days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays or spreading the hours across three shorter days. On site parking is available.


Key Responsibilities

• Processing weekly payroll
  
  
• Maintaining and updating employee records
  
  
• Submitting reports to HMRC
  
  
• Raising purchase orders
  
  
• Sending and cross referencing invoices
  
  
• Producing sales invoices and resolving invoice queries
  
  
• Preparing and sending remittance advice to suppliers
  
  
• Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
  
  

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in an accounts role
  
  
• Experience using Sage Line 50
  
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good general IT skills
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
