  • Manage account budgets, project costs, financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, translating consumer insights into compelling campaign ideas and PR stories.

  • Mentor and support colleagues, encouraging collaboration, creativity and consistently high standards of work.
  • Contribute to the wider development and growth of the agency.
About You

  • Experience operating at Account Director level or above within a PR agency.
  • Strong consumer PR expertise, ideally with experience working with consumer brands or FMCG clients.
  • A proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering successful communications campaigns.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills, with the confidence to advise clients and challenge briefs constructively.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, project costs and account profitability.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across PR and other channels, such as social media, influencer marketing or crisis communications.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling campaign ideas.
  • Excellent campaign and project management skills, including coordinating suppliers, timelines and resources.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving account growth.
  • The ability to mentor colleagues, lead projects and contribute positively to team culture.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly for client meetings and project delivery.

Our client is committed to creating a workplace where employees can develop professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Benefits include:

  • Hybrid and flexible working, with approximately two days per week in the Bristol office.
  • Professional development opportunities, including structured learning, coaching and mentoring.
  • Mental health and wellbeing support, including year-round access to therapy services.
  • Inclusive family policies, supporting adoption, IVF, fostering and caring responsibilities.
  • Neurodiversity, menopause and period-friendly workplace practices.
  • Purpose-driven work, with opportunities to contribute to charitable and community initiatives.
  • Fair pay practices, including regular salary benchmarking.
  • A modern, collaborative workspace in central Bristol.
  • A Mac laptop.
