Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum

Location: Bristol (Hybrid working available)

Hourly rate: Competitive

Job Type: Full time and Part time available

Contract Length: Mix of contract lengths

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) to support our clients based in Bristol, we have a large number of clients within Bristol who are regularly requiring locums on short- and long-term contracts with the majority of roles being hybrid working.

Role Overview as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.
• Providing sound legal advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders professionally.

Requirements as a Commercial Property Solicitor:

• 4+ year PQE
• Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in commercial property law.
• Ability to work on a locum/interim basis
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Able to hit the ground running
