Creative Social Media & Email Freelancer (Commission) - #2174992

Wolf Pack runs survival races for modern humans. Teams seal away their phones, navigate by map and compass, carry everything they need and camp around a fire halfway. It's challenging, funny and slightly absurd, and deliberately not macho. What happens along the way, we keep to ourselves.

Since 2025, 850 racers have taken part, 7 of our 9 events have sold out and every Google review is five stars. In 2027 we're planning for 1,200+ racers, with most races leaving from Bristol.

What we're commissioning

We're looking for a creative, dynamic freelancer or small studio in Bristol to take ownership of how Wolf Pack talks to the world, across social media and email. We have a distinctive brand, a clear voice and a big library of photos and video. Our posts do well when we find the time to make them, but posting is sporadic and we miss key moments. We need someone to bring structure, run with it and manage the founder for what they need, not wait for him.

The starting package

Around £500 a month as an initial three-month commission, with room to grow. We're looking for a long-term partner. It needs to cover consistent, quality posting that never misses a key moment, a monthly email plus race launch emails, and a simple monthly plan. Beyond that, we'd like to hear how you'd approach it: which channels, how often, and in which formats.

Who you are

- Properly creative, with a distinctive eye and a sense of humour

- Confident across posts, reels and stories, with Canva and basic video editing

- A strong writer who can pick up someone else's voice

- Organised enough to run the plan

- Based in or near Bristol and happy to meet in person

How to apply

Send a short intro and links to work you're proud of. We'll share the full brief with a shortlist and invite them to pitch.
