Paid Media Specialist - Freelance - #2170631

We’re looking for a Freelance Paid Media Specialist to join an incredible team while they search for a FTC for maternity cover (or you could apply for both!)

The role will initially cover an 8 week period.

You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy, campaign delivery, optimisation and measurement, bringing together creativity, data and digital expertise to deliver meaningful results for clients.

With a consultative approach to paid media, helping existing and prospective clients understand the opportunities available and developing strategies that are ambitious, effective and grounded in insight, you will build strong relationships with media platforms and external partners, keeping up to date with new features, trends and opportunities.

The role:

Data and analytics will be central to the role. You’ll contribute to integrated campaign planning, lead on recommendations around measurement and analytics, and work closely with account teams to establish and evaluate KPIs. You’ll use A/B testing, optimisation and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Leading analytics reporting through Google Analytics, bringing strong GA4 experience, and developing dashboards and data visualisations that clearly demonstrate campaign impact will all be important skills.

About you:

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in an integrated agency or in-house marketing team, with a track record of developing and delivering paid media strategies for integrated campaigns.

Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams would be useful. Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to use your skills doing work that has a genuine purpose.

The role is based in Bristol, with flexible and hybrid working.
