FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established premium kitchen and interiors business with the recruitment of a Kitchen Sales Designer.

Permanent, full-time position based in Bristol.

Salary

Fully negotiable, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven designer to manage customers through the complete kitchen design and sales journey, from initial consultation and design through to quotation, site survey and final order.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget and design preferences.
• Design and sell bespoke kitchens, utility rooms, boot rooms and associated interiors.
• Produce creative and practical designs using CAD/design software.
• Present designs, product options and quotations to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage enquiries from initial consultation through to successful order.
• Work towards individual sales targets and wider showroom KPIs.
• Upsell relevant products including appliances, worktops and accessories.
• Negotiate and confidently close customer orders.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Complete customer site surveys and final contracts.
• Work closely with showroom, operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Previous experience within kitchen sales, kitchen design, interiors or a similar consultative sales environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong sales ability with a proven record of converting customer enquiries.
• Experience using CAD or kitchen design software.
• Creative flair with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident presenting designs and recommendations to customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing orders.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchens, cabinetry, appliances or worktops would be advantageous.
• Customer-focused, ambitious and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a showroom team.
