Operations & Systems Coordinator - #2168600
Belmont Estate
Belmont Estate is looking for an Operations & Systems Coordinator to join the team: this varied role keeps the projects, processes and systems behind our team of around 30 people running smoothly, from grounds and finance to events and nature connection. You will hold one clear view of every project on the estate, lead IT projects with our IT provider and be the first person colleagues come to for help.
Day to day, you will log and chase IT tickets, manage users and licences across Microsoft 365, ClickUp and HubSpot, write procedures and look after our policy library, including review cycles and internal checks. You will also help keep our data tidy and our Cyber Essentials Plus controls in place. As part of the wider Operations Team, you will share front-of-house cover at the Estate Office.
About Belmont
We are a regenerative organisation bringing together people and places to create environmental and societal change through nature recovery, climate action and community connection.
At Belmont we are rewilding and rewetting landscapes, restoring peatlands, replanting native woodlands and rejuvenating rivers. Through organic farming and our award-winning nature connection programme, we are connecting people to nature, food and one another to inspire everyone to become part of this movement for change.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience logging and following up IT issues with an external provider or IT team.
- Ability to map processes, spot what is slow or error-prone and write guides people will follow.

- Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Visio or similar tools (desirable)
