The Opportunity

Artis Recruitment is working with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an AI Adoption Trainer to help colleagues embrace AI and transform the way they work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about AI, digital innovation and helping people adopt new technology. You’ll work with teams across the business to identify opportunities for AI, improve processes and develop practical learning initiatives that increase confidence, productivity and digital capability.

This isn’t a traditional IT training role. We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and people, making AI accessible and demonstrating its value in everyday business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into existing business processes.
  • Support the adoption of generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Design and deliver engaging workshops, coaching sessions and practical learning resources.
  • Help colleagues develop effective prompting techniques and understand the capabilities and limitations of AI.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop practical AI use cases.
  • Encourage responsible AI adoption, taking account of data privacy, security and appropriate use.
  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve learning and engagement.
  • Keep up to date with emerging AI technologies and their potential business applications.
About You

We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including AI adoption, Learning & Development, digital learning, business change, digital transformation and process improvement.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Experience helping people adopt new systems, tools or ways of working.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical and engaging way.
  • An understanding of how technology can improve business processes and productivity.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, prompt engineering or workflow automation would be advantageous.

Interested?

If you’re passionate about AI and enjoy helping people discover better ways of working, we’d love to hear from you.
