Remote (1 day a month in Bristol)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Holiday + Pension

Are you a hands-on Microsoft Consultant with experience delivering Microsoft 365, Azure, MECM, SCOM and Identity solutions, looking to join a growing consultancy where you can work on enterprise customer projects, develop your technical expertise?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist consultancy team delivering Microsoft infrastructure, cloud and endpoint management solutions across a varied customer base. Working alongside experienced Senior Consultants, you will play a key role in the implementation, migration and support of modern Microsoft technologies while building your consultancy skillset.

You will be involved in the design, deployment, configuration and migration of Microsoft solutions including MECM, SCOM, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID and Azure services. This role offers the chance to take ownership of technical workstreams, contribute to successful project delivery and engage directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, and specifically be very confident with MECM, possessing strong technical knowledge across Microsoft's modern workplace and cloud ecosystem. Experience within a consultancy, MSP or Microsoft partner environment would be advantageous.

The Role:

• Design, deploy and migrate MECM, SCOM and IAM solutions
• Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation projects
• Configure and support Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Participate in testing, migration, cutover and early-life support activities
• Produce technical documentation and customer handover materials

The Person:

• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 deployment experience
• Knowledge of MECM, SCOM and Identity & Access Management solutions
• Experience with Azure identity, networking, security and compute services
• Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Methodical approach to implementation, testing and troubleshooting
• Consultancy, MSP or Microsoft partner experience beneficial
