The role:

• As the successful Health & Welfare/COP Solicitor, you will deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care, maintaining the existing client focused ethos
• You will manage your own files, working from home with plenty of support
• Clear opportunities to learn and develop your skills further
• Lots of client contact and progression chances as the firm recruits more staff and opens new offices

As the successful Health & Welfare/Court of Protection Solicitor, you will:

• Be an experienced practitioner with a bias towards mental capacity
• Be familiar with S.16 & S.21A matters
• Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this area of law

Those with supervisory experience or membership of the Mental Capacity Panel would be of particular interest, although neither is essential.

You can live anywhere in England to be considered, although applicants based in the North or South of the country are especially welcome.

This is a predominantly remote/work from home role for a Health & Welfare Solicitor, but please note – you must be able to visit client sites and the office once a month, ideally.
