Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Driver: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following induction
Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Reed Bristol is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Accountancy division, managing an established permanent recruitment desk across the Bristol market.

This is an exciting opportunity to inherit a highly successful desk with a strong track record of performance and significant growth potential. You'll recruit for part qualified, newly qualified, and qualified by experience finance professionals across a diverse range of businesses, with a particular focus on opportunities within the £35,000 to £50,000 salary bracket.

Joining a high performing team with excellent staff retention, you'll benefit from a well defined market, reduced geographical patch size, and the opportunity to develop deeper relationships with both clients and candidates.
