Paraplanner/Trainee Adviser, £40,000 - £65,000 DOE, Bristol - #2165603
Financial Divisions
If you are a paraplanner who knows you want to be an adviser, this is a rare chance to make it happen.
Most paraplanners are told the move into advice will come one day. Here it starts on day one. Your week will be split between paraplanning and working as a trainee adviser, and you will have real clients from the start. The firm has a group of dormant clients to reconnect with, and they will be yours to get to know, review and bring back into a regular relationship.
You will learn from experienced Chartered Financial Planners. The firm is also backed by a director who has spent more than 30 years in the profession and has founded and built several highly successful financial planning businesses.
The firm itself is independent, Chartered and ambitious. It sees itself as sitting between the large consolidators and smaller practices. It combines the personal service of a smaller firm with access to advanced planning and technology tools normally only available to the biggest players. It has clear plans to grow, and the people who join now will grow with it.
Hybrid working is offered with serviced office hubs in Farnham, London EC4 and Thame.
You will hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and have solid paraplanning experience. Beyond that, the firm is looking for drive, good people skills and the maturity to sit in front of clients early on. You will also understand that this is a journey but for the right person it leads to a long and financially rewarding career in advice.
If this sounds like the step you have been waiting for, I would be glad to talk it through in confidence.
