Synergy Group is looking for a Event Sales Executive to join our team as we scale our portfolio of exclusive events, think fine dining experiences, executive roundtables, and high-impact day events that bring senior business leaders together to solve real challenges.

What you'll be doing:

High-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to senior business leaders

Generating and qualifying new leads

Securing and confirming event registrations

Researching companies and identifying the right decision-makers

Managing your pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date

Working closely with internal teams to deliver standout events

Consistently hitting (and exceeding) KPIs

What we're looking for:

Confident, professional communicator

Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or KPI-driven environments

Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused

Strong relationship-building skills

Resilient, positive, and comfortable handling objections

Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow-ups
