If you’re a Paid Media Manager who enjoys combining data, creativity and strategy, this could be a great next move. We’re working with a growing digital marketing agency in Bristol that is investing in its Paid Media division and has ambitious plans over the next couple of years. As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll manage campaigns, advise clients and help shape how performance media evolves across established and emerging channels.
What you’ll be doing
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll manage paid advertising campaigns from planning and build through to optimisation, analysis and reporting. You’ll work across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, building Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, Remarketing and Video campaigns.
You’ll also manage paid social activity across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest. There’s scope to get involved with Programmatic campaigns too, ideally using StackAdapt.You’ll own client budgets, monitor performance and turn campaign data into clear recommendations.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, identify new opportunities and develop strategies that support growth. You’ll also work alongside specialists across SEO, Content and wider digital marketing, making sure Paid Media works as part of a joined-up strategy.

The role offers flexible working hours and hybrid working.You’ll also receive 25 days’ holiday plus an additional day for each year of service, up to 32 days, a discretionary annual bonus, birthday day off, company pension, enhanced parental leave, flexible benefits including private healthcare and gym or yoga membership, eyecare support, an end-of-year office closure, early finishes on Friday afternoons off during summer.

What experience you’ll need to apply
- Hands-on agency experience across Paid Search and/or Paid Social.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience building, managing and optimising biddable media campaigns.
- Experience across paid social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insight into clear actions.
- Experience managing client relationships, budgets and campaign reporting.
- Good understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Video.
- Experience with Programmatic DSPs would be beneficial, particularly StackAdapt.
- Strong organisation and time management skills across multiple accounts.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, emerging platforms and industry developments.
