- Perform due diligence in line with the relevant regulatory guidelines. Where necessary, report to senior management on compliance matters.
- Work cross functionally with other areas of the business. For example, you will work closely with our SIPP and bereavement teams, where in cases of a client in drawdown, advising all relevant stake holders on the options available to them in how they transfer out.
- As a senior colleague, you will be expected to train and facilitate the upskilling of junior staff by providing your technical SIPP expertise and if required, schedule training plans. This additionally involves creating and maintaining procedure documentation and process maps, chartering the team’s work flows to maximise operational efficiency.
