Two Sales Executive opportunities with an events company in Bristol, working on a hybrid basis - 3 days in office/2 remote.

You’ll enjoy talking to people, building relationships and, importantly, winning business.

Join a growing team and spend your time opening doors with brands, agencies and platforms, using a mix of phone, email and LinkedIn to get conversations started. You’ll identify new opportunities, get to know potential clients, understand what they need and take those conversations through to a deal.

There'll be plenty of support around you from experienced sales leaders who will help you develop your skills and give you the opportunity to progress towards a Sales Manager role.

About you:

We’re looking for someone with around 1–2 years’ sales or target-driven experience who is confident, commercially minded and not afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll need to be resilient, organised and comfortable working towards targets, but just as importantly, you’ll be curious, keen to learn and someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships.

Experience in B2B, media or events plus a can do attitude, energy and appetite to learn is crucial.

You’ll get a £30,000–£35,000 salary + OTE of £10,000–£15,000, alongside hybrid working, 24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, a health cash plan, pension, wellness programme and a clear development path.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in central Bristol, with at least three days a week in the office.
