An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced and creative media business based in North Bristol. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and acting as a trusted right-hand support.This is a varied and dynamic position suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and can build strong relationships across the business.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders and directors.
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting packs.
  • Take ownership of meeting actions and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support business projects and wider operational initiatives.
  • Organise events, team activities, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and employees.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to work with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or board-level stakeholders.
