This is your chance to join the UK's largest recruitment business as a Branch Recruitment Resourcer in our Bradley Stoke (Bristol) Hub.
Working as part of our branch team, you'll play a vital role in supporting a range of clients by sourcing and placing temporary workers, coordinating staffing requirements, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch operations. No two days are the same, and you'll quickly become the go-to person for both candidates and clients.
Whilst recruitment experience would be beneficial, it isn't essential. If you have experience in customer service, administration, call handling, or a similar fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do as a Branch Recruitment Resourcer
This is a varied role that combines recruitment, administration, planning and customer service. You'll be responsible for ensuring our clients have the people they need, when they need them, whilst delivering an excellent experience to our candidates.
Here's a snapshot of what you can expect:
Managing staffing requirements across multiple client accounts
Sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for temporary assignments
Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, workers and clients
Coordinating shift allocations and workforce planning
Supporting the onboarding of new workers, including right to work and compliance checks
Processing payroll information and ensuring accurate weekly submissions
Managing worker absences, holidays and change requests
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met
Providing excellent customer service and resolving worker queries efficiently

What We Need From You
We're looking for someone who is motivated, organised and enjoys working with people.

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence speaking with people over the phone and building rapport quickly
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Good attention to detail and administration skills
A flexible and adaptable mindset
Experience within recruitment, administration, customer service or call centre environments would be advantageous, but is not essential
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with energy, resilience, tenacity and a genuine desire to deliver great service to both clients and candidates.
