Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager

Fixed-Term Contract | Bristol | Hybrid

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Risk Reporting & Analytics Manager to join its team on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

This is a key role within the Risk function, focused on turning complex risk data and analysis into clear, commercially useful insight for senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

The role

You'll take ownership of the organisation's risk reporting framework, ensuring senior stakeholders have accurate, timely and meaningful information to support decision-making.

The role will cover a broad range of risk areas, with a particular focus on identifying emerging trends, risk concentrations, correlations and potential areas for mitigation.

You'll also play an important role in regulatory reporting, horizon scanning and the ongoing development of risk models and analytical tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality management information and reporting across the organisation's risk portfolio.
  • Provide insightful analysis to senior Risk stakeholders, highlighting emerging risks, trends and areas requiring attention.
  • Identify relationships and correlations between different areas of risk and provide recommendations for appropriate mitigation.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc risk and compliance reporting for senior management and Board-level committees.
  • Coordinate risk and compliance submissions and reporting for key governance forums.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation.
  • Support the delivery of regulatory reporting, risk analysis exercises and model risk management activity.
  • Maintain key risk registers, reporting schedules and associated governance processes.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, controls and the use of data to strengthen risk management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance and wider business functions.
If you're readily available, apply online and I will be in touch!
