HR Business Partner - #2156884

Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner on behalf of a large and complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy People Services team, providing expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations and organisational change matters. The postholder will partner with managers and stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance matters.
• Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and workforce planning activities.
• Partner with managers to develop pragmatic people solutions that align with employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Analyse workforce trends and people data to identify risks and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and service improvements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide coaching and guidance on people-related matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing a complex employee relations caseload within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes.
• CIPD qualified or working towards a professional HR qualification.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and provide practical, solutions-focused HR support.

Location: Bristol

Duration: 6 month fixed-term contract

Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 per annum

Working hours: 37 hours per week

Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
