Super opportunity to join a hugely successful agency based in Bristol as a Digital Account Manager

What you’ll be doing, day to day:

Write and edit compelling website, blog and social media copy, supporting junior members of the team to develop their skills.

Support your senior team on the development of campaign strategy and activation planning to create the most impactful solutions for clients.

Carry out advanced digital reporting, understanding what metrics go into a report for clients.

Seek out opportunities to maximise content across multiple channels, from PR/media into digital.

Experience working across a range of digital channels – from SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Website, Display, Email, retargeting.

Your goals in the role:

• Be the go-to client contact, proactively managing expectations, updates and feedback.
• Have a thorough understanding of your client’s business and goals.
• Use your solutions focused mindset to help troubleshoot client challenges and questions, ensuring a timely turnaround.
• Identify opportunities with your clients, starting to grow retained and project client work.
• Seek out new opportunities, presenting creds to new prospects.
• Develop new business proposals and budgets in collaboration with the senior team.

You’ll have:

• First class communication skills both written (across multiple channels) and verbal
• Great computer literacy skills/tools including Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, OpenAI, CoPilot
• Knowledge and experience in project and budget management
• Experience delivering high-impact creative campaigns across digital channels
• An understanding and experience of Paid campaigns, social strategy, SEO, data dashboards and analytics tools.
• Experience of working across a range of digital channels – from SEM, SEO, GEO, CRO, Paid Media, Website, Display, Email, GA4, Wordpress, Webflow etc
