Residential Property Conveyancer

We’re working with a growing property law firm in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to join a modern and ambitious firm with a strong team already in place. They’re looking to bring in additional experience, with someone who can take ownership of their own caseload, support colleagues and become an important part of the team as the business continues to grow.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for a varied residential property caseload, with matters including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold property
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New-build and shared ownership transactions
• Lease extensions
• Managing transactions through from instruction to completion
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and property professionals
• Opportunity to develop introducer relationships and contribute to new business

About You

We’re looking for a qualified Residential Property Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.

You’ll be someone who:

• Is comfortable taking ownership of a busy and varied caseload
• Brings good residential property knowledge and experience
• Communicates well and builds strong relationships with clients
• Enjoys being part of a team and supporting less experienced colleagues
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Has the drive to continue developing professionally
• Would enjoy joining a growing business and contributing beyond their own caseload
