We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to join a family-owned property business in Bristol.

This is a varied role where you’ll take ownership of the company’s social media and content, while supporting wider marketing activity designed to drive enquiries, strengthen the brand and raise the company’s profile within the property market.

This is a standalone marketing role, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working independently and taking ownership. You’ll need to be self-sufficient, proactive and full of ideas, able to spot opportunities, decide what needs doing and get on with it rather than waiting for direction. We’re looking for someone who will bring energy and creativity to the role, constantly looking for what could be done next, how things can be improved and new ways to engage and grow the audience

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Creating engaging photo, video and written content
• Managing property listings across relevant property platforms
• Creating property descriptions, campaigns, blogs and promotional content
• Supporting lead generation and improving enquiry conversion
• Working with external SEO, content and paid advertising specialists
• Monitoring marketing performance, analytics and ROI
• Creating testimonials, case studies and other brand content
• Building relationships with relevant partners and local organisations
• Keeping an eye on competitor activity, pricing and market trends

About You

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in social media, content or digital marketing who is confident at taking ownership and getting things done.

You’ll need:

• Strong social media, copywriting and content creation skills
• Good photography and videography skills
• A creative eye and confidence creating content for different platforms
• A commercial mindset and understanding of lead generation
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• Basic Canva or Adobe skills

Experience in property, student marketing or another consumer-facing sector would be useful but not essential.

Knowledge of the Bristol market and local scene, including universities, communities and local businesses, would also be an advantage.

The Person

You’ll be proactive, creative and commercially minded, with plenty of initiative and a genuine interest in creating great content.

This is a small, close-knit business, so we’re looking for someone who is hands-on, personable and happy to get stuck in.

The role is predominantly office-based in Bristol, ideally five days a week, with the possibility of one day working from home.
