Patent Paralegal – Bristol (c£40,000 + benefits | Hybrid) - #2154930

An established firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorney’s in Bristol is looking for an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their supportive and collaborative patent team on a full-time, permanent basis!

You’ll need 2+ years’ experience in a busy patent environment. CIPA qualification is advantageous but not essential, and you should be confident handling patent filings, official communications, client correspondence and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and filing patent applications and related documents
• Managing client correspondence and queries
• Processing communications from patent offices
• Liaising with records teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Supporting billing, invoicing and cost estimates
• Providing day-to-day support to Fee Earners
