Multi Trade Operative - #2154713

We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to work on occupied social housing properties across Bristol, carrying out finishing and snagging works on kitchens and bathrooms.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you’ll be picking up the final bits and making sure everything is finished to a good standard. The work will include:

• Carpentry and basic joinery
• Painting and making good
• Patching and repairs
• Minor plumbing
• Silicone and mastic work
• General snagging and finishing
• Working around tenants in occupied properties

We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative with previous experience carrying out snagging, finishing work or working within social housing. You’ll need your own van and tools, along with DBS and Asbestos Awareness.

• £20–£22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• CIS
• Ongoing work for the right Multi Trade Operative
• Work across Bristol
• Occupied social housing
• Long-term contract
• Immediate/quick start available
