We're massively excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Project Manager to join a dynamic, start-up-style team within a global, data-driven organisation. Think fast-moving, collaborative and autonomous. No slow processes and red tape here!

A Typical Day-to-Day

You'll own the end-to-end delivery journey for new clients, acting as the key point of contact from kickoff through to successful go-live.

Working as part of a cross-functional pod alongside Engineering, Data and Solution Architecture, you'll turn client requirements into clear plans, keep everyone aligned and make sure projects keep moving.

You'll be comfortable getting into the detail when needed, but equally confident managing senior stakeholders and solving problems before they become issues.

The Work You'll Own:

• Own client onboarding and implementation from kickoff through to go-live.
• Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Coordinate Engineering, Data and Solution Architecture teams to deliver projects.
• Manage plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.
• Proactively unblock issues and keep projects moving.
• Lead status meetings and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• Use AI tools daily for planning, documentation, reporting and analysis.

Is It For You?

You're likely someone with 5+ years of software project management experience, ideally within SaaS, technology or a client-facing implementation environment.

You'll be highly organised, proactive and an excellent communicator who can confidently manage external stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.

We're also looking for someone who genuinely uses AI in their day-to-day work. Someone who is already using AI tools rather than simply being AI-curious.
