Room Leader – Baby Room (BS16, Bristol)
up to £30,576 per annum | Full-Time
We’re recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to join a well-established nursery in the Bristol area.
This is a great opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to step up or an existing Room Leader looking for a supportive setting with strong benefits and progression.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the baby room and supporting day-to-day operations
- Supervising and guiding staff
- Ensuring high standards in line with EYFS
- Managing key children and building strong parent relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous room leader or senior experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
