Salary: £46,202.89 – £53,402.89 + bonuses
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

An award-winning children's services provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed EBD children's home in Bristol, supporting mixed-gender placements.

• £46,202.89 – £53,402.89
• £2,000 car allowance
• £1,000 bonus for an Ofsted Outstanding outcome
• £500 bonus for an Ofsted Good outcome
• Occupancy bonus of £175 per child after the first placement
• 30 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working

You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, leading the team and ensuring children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.

We are looking for someone with children's residential management experience, strong safeguarding and Ofsted knowledge, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
