I’m recruiting Quantity Surveyors at multiple levels for a large, long term M&E project in Bristol.

This is a good opportunity for commercially minded QSs who want exposure to substantial mechanical and electrical packages and the chance to work across the full commercial lifecycle of a project.

The role covers projects from early design through to practical completion and beyond. Quantity Surveyor - Bristol

Depending on your level, responsibilities will include:

• Managing project costs
• Preparing and progressing monthly valuations
• Managing variations and change
• Job costing and financial reviews
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts
• Monitoring payments against contract terms
• Reviewing contracts and highlighting commercial risk
• Working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and site teams
• Maintaining accurate project documentation
• Supporting the wider commercial team

We’re interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors from M&E, building services, specialist contracting or wider construction backgrounds.

Relevant experience could include:

• Mechanical and electrical projects
• JCT contracts
• Monthly valuations
• CVRs and cost reporting
• Variations and change control
• Final accounts
• Subcontractor commercial management
• Commercial risk
