Senior Merchandiser | Bristol | Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office

We're working with a leading name in retail, and they're looking for a Senior Merchandiser to join their growing team in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven merchandiser to take real ownership of a division and have a genuine impact on sales, stock, intake and profit across a unique international retail environment.

• Drive sales, stock and profit through strong commercial analysis
• Partner closely with Buying on seasonal strategy, new launches and OTB
• Lead and develop a team of Assistant Merchandisers and Merchandising Assistants

We're looking for someone who…

• Has solid retail merchandising experience, ideally within a multi-brand environment
• Is commercially sharp and confident working with WSSI, forecasting, intake, stock and OTB
• Loves getting into the numbers but can also see the bigger commercial picture
• Is confident making decisions and taking calculated risks
• Has strong product and market awareness
• Enjoys working collaboratively with Buying and wider commercial teams
• Is naturally organised, proactive and able to keep things moving when priorities change
• Has experience managing or developing a team
