Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an organised and process-driven Senior Project Manager to join a growing managed services business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys coordinating complex delivery, bringing structure to fast-moving environments and working closely with customers and internal teams.

The role

• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, keeping plans, actions and stakeholders aligned.
• Work closely with service management and service transition teams to support smooth implementation and handover.
• Coordinate activity across business units, maintaining clear communication and resolving issues quickly.
• Own project administration, governance, documentation and reporting.
• Balance detail and process with the pace and commercial focus of a sales-led environment.

Experience Required:

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to operational detail.
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience strongly preferred; IT, telecoms, print or related sectors considered.
• Confident working with service teams, commercial teams and customer stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully and to process.
• Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Permanent or project-based career backgrounds welcomed.

The successful applicant can expect a salary of £50,000 - £50,000 along with an enhanced benefits package. We are moving quickly and particularly welcome applicants who can interview quickly.
