ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re working with a highly regarded Chartered independent financial planning firm with offices in Bristol, who are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.

You’ll work closely with an Adviser, providing high-quality administrative support across the full financial planning process and helping to deliver an excellent service to clients.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing full administrative support to Advisers
• Preparing for client meetings, including reports and documentation
• Managing Adviser diaries and coordinating client meetings
• Preparing and processing client documentation
• Liaising with clients, providers and other third parties
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Processing new business and client withdrawal requests, while ensuring cases progress smoothly
• Supporting Advisers throughout the full financial planning process
• Providing a consistently high level of service to clients

WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with clients and providers.

You’ll ideally have experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment and be comfortable managing your own workload while working closely with Advisers.

A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is not essential, although the firm offers full study support for anyone looking to work towards their qualification or continue their professional development.

Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career within a successful and supportive business.
