Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - #2153588

An established and growing accountancy practice is looking to appoint a Corporate International Tax Associate Manager to join its expanding tax team.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong corporate tax background to take the next step in their career, gaining exposure to international tax, advisory projects and complex corporate clients while working closely with senior members of the team.

You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients while supporting on a variety of advisory and project-based work.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients
• Providing corporate tax compliance and planning advice
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex advisory assignments
• Taking ownership of projects from initial research through to delivery
• Carrying out technical research and preparing clear client-facing reports
• Working alongside teams across the wider practice, including transactions and audit
• Identifying opportunities to support and develop existing client relationships
• Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior members of the team
• Contributing to the development of the wider corporate tax offering

We're looking for someone who is:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or has equivalent relevant experience
• Experienced within a UK accountancy or tax practice
• Confident managing client relationships and a varied workload
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and deadlines
• Commercially minded with a strong technical approach
• Interested in developing their international and advisory tax experience
• Keen to support and mentor more junior members of a team
