HireGiant are looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver in Bedminster, Bristol, working for a national supplier delivering across Bristol and the Southwest.

And before you ask:

• Yes, it’s Monday to Friday.
• Yes, you get paid every Friday.
• Yes, it’s ongoing work.
• Yes, you can have your weekends back.
• No, you don't have to pretend you enjoy working Saturdays.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Starting at 6am.
• Completing around 5–15 drops per day.
• Unloading using the tail lift.
• Completing vehicle checks.
• Making sure the load is secure.
• Completing paperwork.
• Driving around Bristol and the Southwest looking like you know exactly what you're doing.
• Trying not to argue with your sat-nav when it sends you down a road designed for a bicycle.
• Most shifts are around 9–10 hours.

THE IMPORTANT BIT — MONEY

• £16.00 per hour
• Paid weekly every Friday
• Overtime available at an enhanced rate
• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work
• On-site parking
• Online timesheets and payslips
• Pension

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• Full UK driving licence with Category C.
• Valid CPC and Valid Tacho.
• Safety boots and Hi-vis.
• Understanding of health and safety.
• Reliability, with a decent work ethic.
• The ability to navigate Bristol without blaming the sat-nav for everything.
