Responsibilities
- Lead independent project delivery
- Manage programmes, budgets, risk and reporting
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Administer project documentation
- Support formal contract management processes
Requirements
- MRICS chartered status
- Chartered-level Project Manager experience
- Experience of independent project delivery
- Experience of programme control, budgeting and reporting
- Experience coordinating project stakeholders and supporting contract management processes
Salary & Package
- £45,000–£50,000 salary plus profit share bonus scheme
- Pension contribution from 4.5% to 5%
