About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and reliable Painters & Decorators to join construction teams across Bristol and Bath. This role involves carrying out internal and external painting works on residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects, ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, stripping, and cleaning as required.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and external surfaces.
• Carry out internal and external decorating works to a high standard.
• Ensure all painting works are completed in line with project specifications.
• Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Use hand tools, rollers, brushes, and spray equipment safely and effectively.
• Comply with all site health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own tools and PPE
  (essential).
• Valid CSCS card (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
