Executive Assistant to CEO

£40,000 – £50,000 DOE | Filton | Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment? Do you enjoy working closely with senior leaders and being at the heart of a busy, expanding business?

We are looking for an experienced EA to support the CEO of a growing technology business based in Filton, Bristol. This is a varied and high-profile role, providing both executive and project support while helping to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s professional and business activities.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and wider business, managing a busy schedule, coordinating key meetings and supporting a range of business projects and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level EA support to the CEO
• Organise and manage a complex and constantly changing diary
• Manage the CEO’s extensive inbox, prioritising correspondence and ensuring actions are followed up
• Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation
• Support the organisation of company events and senior leadership activities
• Support the Board, including coordinating monthly meetings and preparing Board presentations and slides
• Provide ad-hoc administrative and project support to the Senior Leadership Team
• Work collaboratively across different functions and ensure key activities and projects remain on track

About You

We’re looking for an accomplished EA who is confident operating at senior level and enjoys working in a high-growth environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across teams
• Strong executive presence and the confidence to work with people at all levels
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities, keep projects moving and ensure stakeholders are kept informed
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
• A genuine interest in technology would be advantageous

8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
